terrain painter doesnt work

i had a problem, when brush doesnt show up, while im trying to use terrain tools. This problem was fixed without my hand on it, but this is not the point. when i try to paint some asphalt on the grass or something brush show up, but doesnt working at all. When i press lmb only 1 thing happens - appearance of message in terrain painter Ui saying that i have some unsaved changes. By the way, i think everything been working right before i installed some mod adding diffrent skyboxes, ckskybox or something like this. Sorry for my english

 

I get this too, Guess there are not many of us map makers out there or they would have fixed it by now.
