Texture problem

So, I was browsing around on the forums, and I found a ramp mod that can only work properly if you extract the contents of the downloaded file into a modded map (basically, its an object rather than a prop). I spawned it in and it was covered in orange with really wide text all over it saying "NO TEXTURE".

I really want to know how to fix this problem by either adding a texture to it (like the one in the second picture in the bottom right) or, if this doesn't work properly, just coloring it all one color.
