I take abandoned car pictures in BeamNG by crashing a vehicle or damaging it to make it look like its rotting. I do that just for fun. Or if you have any abandoned car pictures you have taken in BeamNG, submit them in the comments! I will look at them all and give ratings! Feel free to rate my posts! Haha, it's great that i'm not the only one who loves to do this in Beamng. I decided to take a few pictures and give the cars a little background story as to why they were abandoned. This 1989 Bruckell LeGran was abandoned as it was broken and the owner could not find spare parts for it. The hood is dented due to someone trying to steal parts from the engine, but failed. The front wheels are also missing. This 1990 Ibishu Covet was stolen a few years back. The thief drove the car to a far away salvage yard and sold the car to be parted out. It has since been heavily vandalized. A shame as it was running great before it was parked here. The owner of this 1978 Gavril van had a little logistics business, delivering different wood products from the local lumber yard to various places around the island. However, the company went bankrupt in the early 2000s and the whole building and the vehicle had to be abandoned. The last ongoing shipment is still in the back after sitting for nearly 20 years.
For 30 years....... (And yea ,All of those damages ,I made in Blender. Release as a mod soon) Also ,RIP modern truck
This lonely miramar was abandoned on the side of the road sometime in the late 90s due to a breakdown. The engine and trans have since been stolen, and the headlights and tail-lights have been broken off by vandals. These missing parts, combined with the sun-faded paint give the car a disturbingly lifeless appearance; a shell of what it once was. These pictures were taken by the owner of a restored Miramar, who happenned to drive by the abandoned car. The shots perfectly capture the contrast between life and death. Where one man saw a broken car, another man saw a new project; and where one man saw failure, the other saw opportunity.
This Gavril UVT was abandoned here by a radio worker after it wouldn't start in the cold. It had been smashed and the doors opened and the interior raided. Engine is taken. The bed has become a dump for the locals rubbish.
This deep forest outside Firwood has been a place for dumping cars for many years. The council have tried but cant get them out. The cars range from a Burnside used in a heist back in the 50s that has been stripped and smashed completely to a pessima stolen and dumped a week ago with 1 or 2 good spares missing. It has become the place for car collectors looking for new parts or cool artefacts. Other cars include a duhen that the driver could not afford insurance and a crashed covet that had no value and the driver wanted to see it erode over time and see what happens to it.
Abandoned Bus at a Port Vehicle Link: https://beamng.com/resources/dansworth-d2500-type-d-rear-engine.1737/ This Dansworth bus is sitting there because it broke down and the driver could not find spare parts for it. The wheels and the engine has been stolen by vandals. The front glass has been cracked because another vandal tried to steal left behind items from inside the bus. One of the stop signs has been dented because someone used it as a shooting practice target. Some other parts have been stolen as well.
Abandoned Burnside Special Plant There was a luxury brand of Gavril called Burnside. The company was founded in the early 1950s but the company went bankrupt in the mid 1980s. There was a famous model called the Burnside Special, but sadly, it was only produced from 1953-54. The Burnside Special Plant was closed in 1954. And later, in the mid 1980s, all the Burnside plants were shut down. The Burnside Special plant is one of the Burnside plants that still remains, and the stuff inside this building is rotting but remains in the building. Some vandals completely stolen and stripped off all the parts from one of the remaining cars. They were the same vandals who took some parts from the Dansworth bus. There must be some villain around here. Now this place became a tourist area for people to explore the lost treasures in this building.
Many cars have been abandoned at this old warehouse. This Dove blew its engine, so it was replaced by a smaller engine, but was eventually abandoned. At one point thieves tried to drive it on to a ruck, but the suspension had been stripped, so the rear axle fell out from under it. This drag Hopper had the engine and rear tires stolen. This Barstow was completely destroyed, with only the rear frame remaining. This salt flat racer 200bx was stolen after its attempt and hidden. Unfortunately, the racing components were stripped from it. This T-Series is one of the few working vehicles here, but is completely stripped. This Burnside is missing almost every vital piece of equipment. The engine fell out of this banger Covet so it was abandoned.
Russian roads claim another victim. It was stuck and the engine smashed after it hit a bump and fell into the ditch. It was taken and is now in a junkyard
A container left in a field was found containing 2 moonhawk project 81 cars in decent shape, only 81 were to be made corresponding with the year they were to be stopped being made. Another one was 200m away in the woods but in a terrible state. The value of all 3 is estimated at $40,000. Although all 3 had plates they were never registered on the road. they were number 79, 80 and 81 so the last 3 made. It is thought the container was in a plane that crashed and the container was never found.
This roamer was abandoned after being severely wrecked due to poor driving skills, its rusted due to many years of discontinued care. These hoppers were abandoned from two horrific dune riding accidents, the cars rolled many times before miraculously landing upright This burnside has been abandoned since it was first wrecked in the early 60's. Nobody has dared to touch because the owner died in the crash, and they believe he still haunts it, as the person who moved it to this shed, died in the car crash the following day. This Miramar has been sitting on this trailer for many years, it was crashed in a light collection involving being hit from the back and pushed into the car in front of it.
