The California Map doesnt load right.

West Coast, USA doesn't load right. I'm on the latest version of the game as of 2/14/21. I have tried verifying game integrity and the troubleshooter on the launcher and nothing has fixed it. Please help.

I havent installed any new mods either, so I dont think those are causing problems.

Try disabling ALL your mods and clearing your cache. While you may not have installed any new mods, it is possible that one of your old ones has broken or is incompatible and is causing the issue.
