The car brakes when I release the accelerator

Hey y'all I've got a little problem because when I release the accelerator car starts braking.
This inhibition is almost imperceptible, however, the lights are shining

Do not mess with ANY files after that.
Delete the mods you have and clear cache.
DO NOT delete the mods folder.

Are you just using a keyboard, or do you have any controllers plugged in? A controller could have a deadzone issue where it registers a small value even when closed. If this is the case you can adjust the deadzones in the controls menu for the brake and throttle bindings.
