Cheap used cars in a newly postcommunist society are a nice thing. You've got enough wealth and market saturation for these cars to depreciate off the deep end, but they aren't yet all rare valuable classics. I remember the days when the cheapest things on the roads were 100-300 PLN ($50-100 at the time's exchange rates, and even less at usual ones) Syrenas, Trabants and Fiat 126ps.
