    Here in Puławy:

    - the cheapest roadworthy - https://www.olx.pl/m/oferta/volkswagen-passat-1-8-lpg-CID5-IDxuDRZ.html?code=10b0143e64. A 1988 VW Passat 1.8 sedan. 960 PLN ($254).

    - the most expensive - https://www.olx.pl/m/oferta/bmw-m4-...ie-pl-fv-23-CID5-IDxlnRK.html?code=5609b91928. A 2015 BMW M4 coupe. 265k PLN (ca. $70k).

    Cheap used cars in a newly postcommunist society are a nice thing. You've got enough wealth and market saturation for these cars to depreciate off the deep end, but they aren't yet all rare valuable classics.

    I remember the days when the cheapest things on the roads were 100-300 PLN ($50-100 at the time's exchange rates, and even less at usual ones) Syrenas, Trabants and Fiat 126ps.

    It’s a decent E46 for under a grand.

    Cars are cheaper in europe, so it may look like a mediocre deal, but in the USA it is.

    It would've been decent, if the lug nuts weren't broken or it had no directional cover, as mentioned by the owner.
