The "Ideas and Suggestions" forum NEEDS a clean up

Right now, the "Ideas and Suggestions" forum is filled with junk such as this thread, this, this, this or this. I took these from the first five pages, looking at the titles! It makes the forum unpopular, which leads to actually, objectively good ideas not being discussed well, or not discussed at all (example, example, example). I think that this forum needs a big, thorough clean up. Trolling, off-topic threads, or threads which suggest currently unimplementable things, should be removed. Threads which aren't relevant should be locked (example). This will help useful suggestions to actually get discussed.

 

Does the "ideas and suggestions" forum even have rules? I haven't seen any...

Mods really should add more explicit rules.
The first good example you cited is researched and is a suggestion based on the game's experience, its not just a simple "i want it".

Something I noticed also is that these suggestions speak about things that people who aren't huge fans of mechanics wouldn't understand. Nothing bad really, it just prove that there is acknowledgeable people here, but the fact that these forum are clogged with useless suggestions doesn't help them
