As it turns out, having a heavy battery sitting very low in the vehicle not only helps with cornering but also offers increased rollover protection.

E-SBR (EV) - does not roll over with the angle setting at 99

SBR4 (Internal Combustion Engine) rolls over a lot and requires a lower angle setting of 95 before stopping to rollover.

The electric Cherrier Vivace E (EV) can take an angle setting of 84 without rolling over. The electric Crossover Cherrier Tograc - while superior to any and all ICE vehicles of the same class - can only take an angle of 79 as its center of mass is higher upwards, making it less stable. The regular ICE version requires an angle setting of 78 to not roll over and the regular ICE Tograc again pays for his higher center of mass and requires the lowering of the angle setting to 71.

A lower center of mass is highly beneficial for your safety. SUV and Crossover may be popular but in fact are less safe against such crashes due to their higher center of mass. That EV driver will merely wipe his sweat away... there is no serious damage.... while your Crossover is still violently rotating through the country side. He will need new pants.... you will need a new car and a hospital... if you are lucky.

    Always drive safe. :)

That's probably one of the biggest advantages of an electric car. ICE won't be able to get such a low C.O.G. unless you would put the fuel tank where the batteries are on an electric one, but even then, the fuel mass won't be anywhere near close; if anything, it might be worse, with all the fuel sloshing around

I think this is the best demonstration of that :p
