    This is probably impossible to do without the wind app, but it's still a bug. When your wheels spin fast, really fast, the white area of the speedometer can even start going back and the whole circle gets looped. A bit hard to explain, so here comes the screenshot.

    I've tried this with a couple of vehicles, but I guess it "works" with all of them. In some cases, all the tires were ripped off the vehicle (not just deflated, really ripped off). I think that this kind of handling should (it would, in real life) destroy the motor, or at least the gearbox, unless you're in the N gear. It's kind of related to my previous post - http://beamng.com/threads/more-realistic-manual-transmission.18612/#post-287861.

    @tdev Always glad to help.

    For that kind user whose comment is nowhere to be seen now: Sorry, but I'm used to creating new threads about problems I haven't encountered in any other thread before. If you have an alternative, I would love to know about it, it's kind of annoying for me too, always posting new threads about minor bugs.

    I didn't see any such comment myself but could they have been referring to this thread: 0.5.1.0 Discussion/Feedback/Bugs-Reporting Thread - READ #1 POST!
    Or the search button.

    Not that I've seen you making any problems/doing anything wrong

    I wouldnt call this game breaking but its slightly annoying when you exceed say 7000rpm and the speedo unit decides to have a fit and does funny stuff like that

    That's exactly how you say it in my native language, however I'm more used to the word "speedometer" in English.

    Tachometer = Engine RPMs
    Speedometer = Wheel speed

    Yep, I'm just dumb. Didn't see the difference until now, probably because the Czech word "tachometr" = "speedometer" in English. But you get the idea, thanks to the almighty screenshots.

    i switch the words as well from time to time.

    Also, the negative attitude towards users who want to help is really counter-productive.

    Oh, and also: we fixed this bug within the next update :)

    Calm down. I think your brains could start turning around and overshooting the rev limiter too otherwise. And brains are real. Which means that they could blow and take the transmission (nerv system) with them. Insiders call it a stroke. Not the same as a Powerstroke though, although I wonder what that would be if not a Dodge RAM.

    Yeah... Although you can take the first two words seriously. The rest however... You can ignore that.

    That isn't really a bug, engine overheating just isn't implemented yet, its like saying that career mode not existing yet is a bug.
