In this thread we can post videos of simulated physics or dynamic gameplay in general. It's not limited to real time rendering. So post videos or discuss new technologies or whatever relevant to physics simulation and dynamic gameplay. Gelly car: Fluids: Textiles and clothing: Destruction: Something cool:
I enjoy doing simulations in Blender Then I'm currently rendering many simulation types (Particle Based Fluids, Rigid & Soft Bodies and Cloth) to make a sort of all-in-one video. These are some examples. And there are some of my favourite ones
So here's my crappy animations and tests that I made...(Note: for a better experience, wear a blindfold and turn off the sound) \ I did quite a lot of solid body tests but I never thought to save them. I made these around 2 years ago when heavily depended on sub-surf to hide my terrible modeling skills.
Only simples one (Those with few objects..), because Blender bullet physics is based on a bit older version. The latest version of the bullet physics engine (3.0) has GPU support, and should be implemented soon.
Interesting. I didn't know this was a individual project. Games like GTA IV and V uses the engine even, and interestingly many other known projects, take a look.
