I don't think anyone's ever spoken about this before, and it may be because I'm completely wrong, but I wanted to make a post about it. Whenever you watch crashes and stuff in real life, cars don't fly as high, or bounce around upon landing as much as they do in BeamNG, even if they are going at the same speed, off the same level ramp, etc. So I wanted to post a quick thread suggesting an improvement to the weight of different cars (or maybe the effect of gravity exerted on them). When I turn the gravity up, say to 11-12, the cars suddenly feel more heavy and realistic than before. In real life, if you took an underpowered/base-model FWD car (for example the base Covet) and stepped on the accelerator, it would spin it's wheels a bit, but would then either stall or start accelerating slowly. In BeamNG, using the same setup, the Covet spins and spins and SPINS its wheels until it reaches around 30 km/h. Plus, I was driving around at the normal gravity, going over bumps and ramps, and at some points I could completely fly over other cars, while not going that fast. I then did basically the same thing but at 11-12 (m/s^2) gravity, and it felt much more realistic. Again, I may be wrong, but I just wanted to say this. Thank you devs!
