There should be offroad rims and tires for the (8-lug / 8-lug heavy duty hubs) it's only realistic

 

Well, there are the STX Steel rims, and basically any off road tire sized 33 inches or above can fit on that rim (which also comes in 4 finishes)

 

but there should be more like the bullet whole rims and all look up 8-lug offroad rims you'll find way more than what are in the game currently.
