Thing that... tells you... what domestic market a model is for?

Hello, sorry for the title, I didn't have any better way to word it...

So basically, since the game obviously has maps of different countries, and cars to suit the domestic market for each country, could we have a feature on the details tab of when you select a vehicle that tells you which domestic market the selected vehicle is for?

I know that some model's titles and descriptions tell you which domestic market the model is from, like, '1.3 litre JDM model with steel wheels' or 'TD 2.5 EUDM (M)', but not every vehicle tells you which market it's for.

Not rlly, I'm no expert at domestic market but...

 

Eu: LHD, orange blinkers, metric
US: LHD, red blinkers, imperial
UK: RHD, orange blinkers, imperial
Japan: RHD, orange blinkers, metric
Pretty easy to learn
There are more lika Australia or Canada, but idk what makes them different
