Throttle (and brakes) too sensitive

Hello is this normal behaviour? Even when I press the throttle pedal just 8-10%(checked in the settings) car still revs to the limiter. As realistic as this game is this is one of the biggest gripes I have. It makes drifting or cruising harder. When I compare it to assetto corsa it works just like IRL so when I press the pedal 10% it only revs to ~2000RPM and stays there. Any fixes for this? I tried playing with linearity I made it better but still not ideal. Input is set to Direct. Similar situation with brakes, testing in a car without abs its extremely easy to lock the wheels even when applying little brake.

I am using Thrustmaster TX but when I had Logitech g27 it was the same so its not the hw.
