Throttle control for phone remote control?

Is there any way to control the throttle using the remote control app rather than have it go full 100%?

Apparently so. I do feel that the devs should incorporate more into the app instead of just turning, brake and throttle. Functions like the clutch and throttle and brake control are factors that come into play when playing racing games like Real Racing 3. It would be easy to incorporate since it’s basically just a controller on your phone. I would actually like to have some dev input on this topic.
