Throttle On/Off Sound?

I am trying a new thing with a mod I am working on, and I need some help figuring it out.

So as th tite says, I want sound for the car, which I have. Is there a way to program it to sound different under throttle input? Such as when I am on the gas, one sound gets louder than it was without any gas at all?

It should be possible but I don't know how you would do it. Pretty sure gamer alex's sound pack uses this. Ask @Gamer Alex (AlexKVideos1) for instructions.
