   Do you have the driver/firmware for the wheel installed?

   If yes:
   Go to Options > Controls > Hardware.
   Is your wheel showing up in there?
   
   If no, it could be Steam input settings conflicting, check this:

   I forgot to install the drivers but after i did it worked fine. Thanks for the help!
