We have the Thrustmaster TX 458 wheel with the latest firmeware update, when looking on the wheel control panel, all works great: steering direction, pedals, buttons, etc.
In the BeamNG game, wheel, pedals are all working, even good force feedback, very cool!
The ONLY problem seems to be that the steering direction is inverted: turning left goes right, and vice versa.
Also got the latest version on Steam, BeamNG, and Thurstmaster firmware and drivers.
Did not see any setup to change that on both the Thursmaster control panel, or the BeamNG setup.
I searched the forum and found this:
    http://www.beamng.com/threads/thrustmaster-tx-458-racing-wheel-mapping.11455/?p=174509#post174509
but it looks like this is for older versions.

    Help would be great, thanks!

I initially did not see the sub panel.
After I expanded the "+", it ran a lot of autodetection, and came out.
The inverted box was not checked, I was surprised...
Decided to check it, applied, unchecked it again, applied again, et voila, it all works great!
Perhaps, I should expand every setup to make sure it goes through all detection programs, but may be I don't need to do so as the rest seems to work great.

Thanks again for your feedback, these forums are awesome!

The good news is that we have the steering working, but we lost the force feedback.
In other words, if I do a Reset all, all buttons, pedals work. even wheel force feedback, but steering is inverted.
If I go to the control panel / vehicle / expand button to show the steering wheel invert check box, it shows unckeck after the search, if I press Apply, then the steeering works (i.e not inverted), but we loose the wheel force feedback. We tried to to expand the force feedback panel, and press apply but it does not bring force feedback.
The only way to get it back is to reset all parameters, but then the steering is inverted again :)
At least my son is steering in the right direction, but he'd love to get the force feedback back...

First of all, make sure you have installed the latest steering wheel drivers, and reset your bindings (we provide default bindings for your specific steering wheel model, so in theory it should work out of the box).

Note: the 'plus' buttons adds a new binding. What you want to do (if you still get inverted steering), is edit the existing binding. To do that, click the existing binding, change the inversion setting and click Apply.

If you have already tried that and it didn't work, I'll need to inspect your logs. Just run the support.exe tool (located in BeamNG installation directory) and post back the resulting support ID number.

Thanks for your feedback, sorry for the late reply, just submitted ticket # 409.
I indeed misinterpreted the purpose of the "plus" buttons, as I did not realize that clicking on the XAXIS" button was edit.
The bottom line is that after a reset all, the steering is indeed inverted, going into edit confirms that the inverted box is checked. Uncheck it and all is good.

BTW, the ThurstMaster TX Racing Wheel Control Panel shows the latest:
    - Package 2.TTRS.2015
    - Firmware: 50.B9
    - Driver: 2.8.29.0
    - Wheel box has its Rotation/Angle at default which shows graphically as working (i.e. not inverted when turning the whee)

The PC hardware is a brand new Intel Intel NUC NUC5i5RYK with Samsung SSD and 32GB of RAM all running Windows 10 pro, excellent gaming toy for beamng :)

Thanks for testing. I constantly get contradicting reports about steering inversion with different variants of your steering wheel, I guess some of them need inversion and some don't, and I cannot identify which is which programmatically, so each user must customize the binding to his specific wheel model :)
