Time Trial playback app bug?

Hey guys, yesterday I was recording some time trials and when I was playing my recordings back (while recording them with my nvidia software), I noticed that my lap times were off.
The times never really aligned with the actual run, I had done.

In this run, for example, I had an actual lap time of 01:47:723
if you want to take a look, here's the video:


....but as you can see in the highscore table at the end, there are a lot of similar times which were all registered WHILE I was playing back my recording - that can't be an intentional freature, right?
I'll also include my replay file for you in this post, if that helps

For clarification: To play my recordings back, I actually remained in the time trial stage, hit the START button for the time trial and then played the recording of my run.
