Time trials crashing

Alright so i've been trying to do a time trial and i can't its always crashing and giving the 0x00000001 error, i've been doing it on austria drag strip and i've tried literally everything

verified file integrity
clear cache
restarted my entire computer

i also looked up the issue and i found one particularly with automation cars which is what i'm getting errors with so i loaded a regular official 800-series and it crashed and now i'm at a loss because i've been trying to record one god dang youtube video for 2 days and can't get it to work at all my computer should be more then powerful enough to run them

its also been doing this on other maps particularly grid map and west coast

update: i deactivated and reactivated all my mods and now it loaded, in before it does it again on an official map because god forbid
