Title screen cinematic videos glitch out sometimes

    The "title screen" cinematic videos sometimes glitches out. And if it doesn't it'll be choppy and ~15 fps.
    I'm not sure why this is considering it's just a 1440p mkv on an older vp8 codec that plays just fine on Windows Media Player.

    I've attached a screenshot down there. Not that serious of a problem, but it's been doing that for a really long time.
