Traffic is too slow

    Hello there,
    My opninion on the current traffic system is that the AI drives way too slow compared to the maximum speed limit. For example, in this video () I set the speed limit to 130 km/h, but still the AI reaches a maximum speed of only ~65 km/h.

    I know the "auto" awareness option dynamically changes the maximum speed per road type, but 1. This is a highway, where much higher speeds can be reached safely, and 2. The road signs say "80 km/h speed limit"

    In the video I deactivated all of my installed mods.
    Can someone please give an insight of this?
