Traffic lights on WCUSA

On West coast, all the traffic light "lights" are on on every traffic light on the map.

 

LOL.

Seriously, start the game in safe mode (the game will create a new empty folder and you will be playing for a while without any modifications). If the problem goes away, it's done by the mod, which shouldn't affect the official content of the game.
