Traffic spawning then disappearing.

    Hi, I have a problem where I spawn in traffic sometimes and then once they despawn they don't spawn again. Instead, they appear for half a second in another place then disappear. This causes the game to not have traffic. Also, if they spawn near you, they either crash your car or send you flying. I don't think this is a mod related bug because I've had the same mods before and this hasn't happened.

    Do you experience this issue in Safe Mode? (Launcher -> Support Tools)
