Traffic treats any car as police/emergency

    I was just playing the Garage-to-Garage Delivery Scenario as I do when I'm bored and realized that no matter what car I had, if I pressed Shift+N, traffic yields and pulls over even if the car has no lights, sirens, anything. You could be in a base Pigeon, and all traffic would still yield. I tried the same thing in Safe Mode and Freeroam and it happens with any car also. Didn't see this anywhere on the forum, so thought I would post it up here.

    Turns out I'm not the only one who found this. For about 10 minutes I thought why the car in front suddenly stopped and blocked the path to the entire stream. I turned off the "checker" on my taxi ... everyone went, again the developers broke everything :)
    Someone knows, how to fix it?
