SOLVED Traffic Won't Start

After I spawn cars individually (manually not automatically via the spawn traffic button, so that I can choose what cars I want to be driving around), when I select the start traffic button, the cars won't move, and are still controllable by me.

Before the update, not only was the radial menu easier to navigate, but the AI would work.

Now it doesn't

 

Kind of the same thing for me too. When I select spawn traffic it loads, but doesnt freeze like it does when it works, and then loads traffic. It just stays there. Everything except mouse is still usable and I have that loading screen.

 

Same problem traffic does not load and just appears the loading icon but then i can drive my car normally. but the loading logo does not disappears ..

 

My issue is different, for yours, try pressing F5

 

I'm having the same issue. If i try to spawn a car in normally and press play on traffic app it wont move. But I'm able to spawn the cars from the traffic app and replace them with the ones i want then they drive. It was never like this before the update i could just spawn the cars and press play.
