    Hallo.
Whan semi/car drives with trailer, trailer can get out control (at downhill for example). So I suggest to create tralier brake on another button, when player is in the truck/car.

Red big button- you can stop traler.

    So, how is idea?

Or connect the trailer brakes to truck, like it is in real. The red button is just to supply the trailer brakes with air, or not. With no air, the brakes will block. Push the red button and it will release. Correct me, if i'm wrong. Or was it the opposite: you need air to block the brakes?

I would like that. Much easier to control.

All brake system of trucks based on presure of air. When air go to brakes, truck will stop. When air don't go to brakes, turck will go. When preasure is too low, truck will stop (emergensy system).
P.S. English is my 2 language, so there can be problems with tranlation.

other way around. No air stops, air pressure releases brakes. This way low pressure causes the truck to stop

When pressure is too low, there begin to work brake energy accamulators.
If describe simply, there are spring, which blocks the wheel. Until pressure will not be able to squeeze spring, air will not go to the breaks, and truck will not able to go.

Your original claim was air *stops* the truck, not how air brakes work at all which are spring loaded shut and require air pressure to open.

At last air pressure stops the truck, isn't it?

You said your english was bad. But not that bad.

YOU CLAIMED AIR PRESSURE STOPS TRUCK. LACK OF PRESSURE LETS TRUCK GO. THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG.
"When air go to brakes, truck will stop. When air don't go to brakes, turck will go."
When air goes to brakes, the truck *goes*. When air doesnt go to brakes, truck will stop. How many times do we have to back and forth on this with you posting links that prove my side.

    Everyone!! (Specially 6677)
Calm down!! Air brakes are easy to explain, like so:
Air In(Less Pressure)- Truck moves. Air "Out"(More Pressure)- (not all out, there's still some on the truck's air circuit, for the parking brake) Slows down the wheel hubs.
Easy as that, now going back to what matters, i think it would be a nifty addition to the game, a detail that would enhance the Truck driving experience on BeamNG.

No. The air releases the brakes. Which is why you can't go anywhere in a semi truck without first building up air pressure.

It's the exact opposite of what you said. You said that air engages the brakes.
