[Transfer Case] Viscous AWD Problem occurs after 'R'eset

The Viscous AWD under Transfer Case behaves most times after a 'R'ESET on the Pessima like a FWD.

So i recorded a 3 Part example video to show you whats going on. The parts are seperated with black screens.
You Can see the difference in the Torque Train App which i enabled for the video.

First Part is showing off the car after its spawned in the game or after CTRL+R.
Second Part is showing whats happening most times after a reset with R.
Third Part shows off the Parts Selector, because i thought i would be usefull to find the problem when its not the Viscous as i thought.

PS: i dont paused my Music while recording, but i had volumed it down afterwards to not stress your ears
