Transmission and time of day issues

I have just refreshed my (documents/beamng.drive) folder and removed the repo mods.

I am getting a couple of issues still. When I reset a scenario (R key), the time of day and fog settings reset to default. Also at the start countdown, the transmission is in neutral however reving the engine gives the same effect as it would in D before the countdown ends, holds revs at like 2200RPM. Then the countdown ends and the revs hit the roof like the should have been anyway. The time of day issue is bugging me as some of my scenarios are evening/night based. I'm really not sure why it is happening now.

If you're looking into the transmissions, automatic seem to have lost the parking gear properties. (P does not lock the trans.
