So Ive recently reset my PC to factory, and I installed Beamng, no mods I deleted all of them. On any map that I load that has trees, the tree shadows glitch about and ruin everything, Ive turned shadows off but that didnt seem to do anything. If anyone has an answer that would be great!

That's a known issue, affects only AMD cards with drivers from June and newer.
Potentially this is an issue with the drivers themselves.
I'd recommend contacting AMD so that they can fix this.

Some users suggested that using the Optional AMD Drivers solved the issue for them.
If you install them, do not forget to 'Clear the Cache' before launching the game, so that your shaders cache can be regenerated.

You should contact AMD, so that they can be aware of this.
You can either go back to drivers older than June 2018
    or
disable grass (Options > Graphics > 'Custom Quality' > Grass Density to zero
