Trouble with camera

    Hello everybody ! I ran into this problem: the camera in the game is frozen and cannot move not behind the car, not by itself, the same problem is in the photo mode, I also cannot control the environment (the time is -12:00, and the temperature is -273.1 ). Clearing the cache, restarting or switching to free camera mode does not help, after exiting the game a message appears about the game crashing. Please help with solving the problem.
