Trouble with Mods.

    So, Lately After the update, I've been trying to install maps, Cars, Vehicle mods (etc.). I Come into my game, And nothing is there. I am Downloading it into the mods folder, yet nothing happens. If you know what the problem is please help, because At This point i am losing interest in the game. :confused:
