I looked and couldn't find anything like this suggested. Right now each interchangeable part is just an option in a drop down list. My suggestion is to add tuneable options for many of the parts so that you can affect the handling of the cars to suit your liking as much as possible.

    A list of examples:
    - Height, spring rate, damping and rebound damping settings for the coilovers (camber if the car has a mac-pherson suspension)
    - Camber settings for the upper wishbones.
    - Adjustable sway-bars
    - Brake force (how hard the calipers grab the discs / how easily the brakes lock up)
    - Adjustable toe for the tie rods.
    - Interchangeable front spindles (to adjust ackerman and steering output)
    - Adjustable caster?
    - Rim diameter, width and ET settings.
    - Tyre profile, width, pressure, compound/tread pattern (such as road tyres, semi-slicks, and racing slicks)
    - LSD settings. Choice between 1, 1.5 and 2 way.
    - Subframe braces and strut bars to increase rigidity? (even tho the chassis are quite flexy in BeamNG)

Tell me what you think and add more stuff if you come up with something.

i do love this idea, and i do believe that this idea have bothered the dev's some times.
and i do believe that either someone will make it from to community, or the dev's will start looking into this. however, i can't see as a final product for a while.

you could also mess around in vehicle settings and find some stuff.

Yes, we plan to support adjusting things like camber, toe, and ride height on parts that are designed for it
