One thing I feel would add more replay value to the scenarios and campaign that are essentially time trials would be the ability to use the already existing tuning menu before the scenario starts on some scenarios so you'd have more things the figure out for getting your best times, and I think to accompany it if it was implemented would be a rally scenario on a very bumpy harsh road starting with the slammed pessima, that way you would be extremely encouraged to tune it to make it manageable.and fast.
