Tuning/modifying vehicles + new beam-er

How's it going everyone!

I am fairly new to beam and have finally downloaded it after seeing videos all over YouTube of some awesome stuff!

I have downloaded a bunch of custom vehicles as well as parts like super chargers and turbo chargers. I can see where to add them and I can see where to tune them but I have a few questions about suspension and other adjustable parts.

First, is there a specific suspension I need to choose for let's say, the gavril d series, to let me lift the suspension?

Will all the parts listed as "adjustable" be able to be edited in the tuning tab of the vehicle customization tab?

Also, I seen a video of a guy click different points on the front of his truck and click and drag the suspension up. Is there a specific tool I need to download to do that?
