turbo surge on most cars

does anyone else have the problem when using any of the turbo upgrade options say on the pessima or covet that they surge boost under throttle?

for instance, under acceleration if will bounce from 20+ psi down to 1psi etc, will not hold steady boost at all.

 

ive had this issue before, the issue arises when trying to run too low of a boost level on too big of a turbo...
