UI App Activation Bug

    Hey! I noticed by using the "Spawn vehicle" function, the UI apps are activated andr running for all vehicles spawned, my FPS meter hit about 1000fps before I hit TAB to enumerate through all vehicles, then the UI apps deactivated for all vehicles except my current one.
