UI laggy

My UI and menu's are laggy and pretty much unusable anyone now how to fix it... thanks

 

What are your PC's specs? Here are a few things that could help:
-Disable mods you don't use
-Pause the game when navigating the UI
-Decrease graphics settings

 

While navigating it, press j to freeze physics. If you are using a dual core that will be the reason why it is laggy.

if it is a core 2 duo, upgrade to a core 2 quad for like £6

pentinum d lga 755 same as above lga xxxx upgrade to a core i3

amd things, usually cheap to upgrade unless it is some old athlon

 

I have 16 cores, it is still laggy at times. not much to do about it.

 

yeah but each vehicle uses 1 core and the ui is very cpu intensive. moste core 2 duos and pentinums also have a low clock speed and they easily become an issue with this game. they also hate gta 5
