Unable to change color of various cars after saving a color preset

    When changing the color of the Miramar and Moonhawk (although this may affect other cars such as the Barstow) I can't select a color. In Safe Mode, this does not occur initially, but resumes following me saving a color. Interesting enough, it also stops in windowed mode; I assume because the resolution changes. I have my resolution set to 2560x1440 and play in Fullscreen mode (not Borderless).
