Unable to use elevator in planes

I can not control the elevator in planes, i am using an xbox 360 controller and a keyboard neither of them work. I have tried reinstalling the game and i have tested it in 3 planes which all had the same controls.i also tried changing controls to wasd instead of arrows, it worked fine in cars but still no elevator in plames. I am able to control cars and pretty much all other vehicles as far as i know.

only in 1 of the 3 planes, the Strato HMX920 the joystick of the plane does react to my elevator input but the elevator does not move nor does it effect if i go up or down, in the other planes; the Leduc and the Swift DS95 the joystick does not move and de elevator does not move either.


Help would be appreciated.
