    What controller are you using? What camera prespective do you use (interior, chase camera, etc.)?
    These are the two main factors that influence perceived understeer, since improperly set-up keyboard controls make it hard to steer a car gently, and a camera prespective that doesn't allow you to see the steering wheel makes it difficult to gauge steering angle, especially when using a keyboard.

    1. Controls
    2. Camera
    3. Shit front tires
    4. Too soft/too hard front suspension set up
    5. You aren't steering gently enough

    I'm assuming that the OP is using the stock vehicles and not purposely modifying them so that they handle like ass :p

    I'm using the keyboard I don't modify the suspension settings. I usually use orbit or interior.

    The interior camera will give you a better idea of what your car is doing;
    I advise you to go into the key bindings for the "steer left" and "steer right" keys and apply the grip filter. It will make driving on a keyboard way easier. While you're there, do it for the brake and throttle keys too.
