Unresponsive UI

I have encountered this bug and it seems to be connected to the amount of UI apps on screen. I discovered this when I had the usual tachometer, speedometer and such enabled but it was also messing around with thermals so I had the engine thermal debug window open as well as the brake thermal debug. When I switched vehicles to a cube (which does not show either of the thermal debugs) all of the UI elements became responsive again. When I switched back to a vehicle, the UI became unresponsive again. I will include a screenshot of the UI elements I had open as well as some FRAPS screen capture that shows the issue. Note: the game runs at around 90FPS its just the menus that are slow. See my profile for my computer specs, its more than enough to play the game.
