Unstable FPS, which doesn’t change, no matter what setting

    So, after the latest update (0.19) - I’ve been playing around as normal, and the game just seems incapable to keep at a steady framerate.

    I have my game set to Normal Graphics Setting, and I usually get between 45-60fps, but after the update i’m seeming to only get a random assortment between 20-57fps, i’ve messed with all the settings turning things up and down, and no matter what, I get the same unstable fps.

    Even when I used the “lowest” preset, which usually tops 100fps, i’m still only getting around 30-60fps.

    All Drivers and Software and are up-to date as of 8/4/20.
