Unwanted Terrain Sculpting Bug in Editor

Hey guys, i have just embarked on a journey of creating maps in the Level Editor and this problem (shown clearly in the video) keeps happening and is very frustrating especially when i am trying to paint one section quickly and it keeps doing the mountain thing on a section i dont want to manipulate yet.
It would be great if you guys could tell me the problem becuase i would like to get on with making the map without the problem in future and to help others with this problem if they get it.

It´s a very know bug .. It will hopefully be fixed in the next game update.
It´s due to some debug features the devs forgot to delete ( I belive this is what Nadeox1 told me )

 

Alright then, that is understandable. If it was a bug that could be fixed and wasnt being fixed i would be very annoyed but knowing that it will be fixed makes me feel better as i am not the only one who currently has to put up with it. Hopefully this update comes soonish then because there are 2 maps that i want to make before my school holidays finish. When they finish i lose 80% of my free time as i will have exams and homework to do and study for.
