Upcoming Wiki changes

Hello,

As part of the regular maintenance process, we are planning several changes to our web services. Here is a quick overview of what's coming:

From now on, Wiki will only be available in read-only mode

• As announced in July 2019, we plan to move to a new Documentation system later this year.
• As part of this transition, we will gradually retire the old Wiki, until we are ready to complete the switch.
• Existing content will be accessible, but you will no longer be able to make changes or create new pages.
• As a side effect of the software upgrade, some of the Wiki features may not be displaying correctly. This should not affect the readability of existing articles.

The new Documentation system will be very different from the Wiki and will serve as an actual reference manual for the game and its features & tools. Content will be written and curated by the BeamNG dev team. Will we share more information about this process later.

Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has contributed to building our existing Wiki. Throughout the years we've seen so many tutorials, in-depth vehicle lore pages, and other amazing content. Thank you all <3
