Okay, let's speculate. What do we think will be changed or added to Port and Industrial Site?
I think Industrial Site will retain the current abandoned industry æsthetic, but with updated buildings and more things to fill in the gaps between tracks. Hopefully the coastline will also be revised.
Port, I think, might get updated into a more modern and functional one. They might cut off the mainland completely, but if they don't I'm excited to find out what they'll put there.
With that one screenshot from nadeox with the modern looking building in the background, I'm guessing it'll only be a half abandoned site with industrial.

What appears to be new checkpoints. The texture bug in 0.19.3 could have been caused by an accidental partial implementation of these in the release version.
Also, what appears to be an improved version of the Pessima Race livery.
Hmm... I kind of hope that they retain the old Pessima racing skin. This looks like an official factory team racing skin, so it would be cool to have the simplified one too - a lot of customizers look to evoke famous racing liveries.
The Ibishu Technica of the Pessimas livery has me intriegued maybe we will gwt something like Subarus STI devision?

I really hope we get a proper track. There is a lot of unsued terrain on both maps so there is plenty of room to expand. My only worry is that they won't change too much of the layout. They've stated previously they want to retain as much backward compatibility with the map reworks, so I worry that mindset may limit what they do. While Nobel, I think that approach is kind of detrimental to the game. It's still an alpha product, and we should expect things to break and change, and they should not be supporting stuff from years ago.
Id say make a bigger track with a better flow and make it more centered around an old racing facility that got abandoned.

Ah finally, they updated the older race liveries up to the standards of the more recent ones. (Bad Bubu, Cherrier skins)

I am rather surprised that it has been technically possible for this long. I incorrectly assumed that the ability to refuel/recharge was only possible quite recently.
Maybe we could get working refuel/recharge stations officialy in the game in the not so distant future?
There is a working bit of refuelling in the Gravity Fuel scenario.
I know. I even said so in my quote in my post above. It has been curtailed however by the forum system so I assume you missed it.
