Updater doesn't work when a proxy is used.

    Hi guys,

    The updater fails when a proxy is set to be used in IE.
    I get a "could not resolve host name" error.
    Everything else works just fine with the proxy enabled.

    If i disable using a proxy, the update works ok.

    Any chance of a fix for this?
    It'll get very frustrating having to disable the proxy before i run update every time :(

    tried to add update.beamng.com in the proxy exclusion list yet?

    i wonder, why do you still deploy a proxy server? for privacy?

    No, just for general web caching/acceleration use.
    It massively speeds up loading of web sites that i use frequently.
