Updating a map

    Hi I am wondering. How do you update a map to the new version of the game. I have a map with the old file structure. It still works but with some issues. I have updated most of the files to the new structure, but am struggling with the decals file. I can not open it in notepad. How ever I do not know how to update it with out notepad. Is there a way to open it out side of the game and copy over the data to a decals.json file? If not how would I update it.
