    I have a pretty O.K. PC.
    Specs:
    CyberPowerPC Gaming Master Series
    AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
32GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM (computer says 2400MHz for some reason, is it capped?)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with 22GB of GPU Memory and 6GB of Dedicated GPU Memory
    1TB Hard Drive
    500GB Solid State Drive
    Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168
(Have no idea what wattage my PSU is, documentation for my model has disappeared)

Upgraded the RAM from 2 8GB Ballistix DDR4-3000MHz sticks with a weird and unique timing that made me have to change my computers timing (15-16-16-16-35) to 4 8GB TForce DDR4-3200MHz with a better timing (16-20-20-20-40) and saw no improvement of turning on BeamNG's VR making it crash. Help?

Is your BIOS up to date? Why do you have to fiddle with RAM timings manually? Just load the XMP profile!
How does the game perform otherwise on your system? That 1660 Ti is not the strongest card for VR.
