upload of file failed message

    I have the problem that whenever I go to settings / edit profile picture, and then a photo from the internet aussuche, then it tells me when I go to save changes: upload of file failed, but I have a photo with 1 the extent 160x 160 pixels is selected and it has less than 120 kb in size, then why does not the upload? (there have been multiple attempts images) thank you for solutions
